Regarding Soaking Sinking Pellets in Water

Hi Friends !

I finally have managed to buy a packet of Hikari Cichlid Gold Sinking Pellets for my Fronts. They are not eating it but I plan to starve them for 2 or 3 days and then try again...

Just wanted to request for some guidance on whether it is better to soak the sinking pellets for some time, before adding them to the tank or will this remove nutrients from the food ?

Kindly advice and guide me...

same here. I "try" to feed my cories and BN pleco with the Hikari sinking wafers, they all go right after them. The problem is the bettas also love the things... heh.

It does't hurt to soak them a few minutes first if you want. I did this in the past and the softer texture seemed more appealing to the fish.

I don't soak mine either and have had no reason to.
