5-7" depending on which one exactly...
 
Pimelodid. No nasal barbels, maxillary barbels are the only ones above the mouth. Two sets on the lower jaw. Looks like three sets of barbels total. IIRC, most Bagrids, including Mystus, have four sets.

Quite possibly Pimelodus mysteriosus.

I think it's Pimelodus Mysteriosus as well.

If it is for sure, it gets about 5 inches.
