sick bala help

one of my bala sharks seems to have a white ish look on its body
doesnt look like ick but i could be wrong
its fins also turned red
i had a fish with ick just a few days ago i treated but it died

I thought my fish had ick and it turned out to be a fungus. I did a partial water change and treated with Fungus Clear made by Jungle labs. Make sure you remove charcol cartrige while treating.
