Hey this is a pic of a Copadichromis boadzulu i think it is female but yeah that really has nothen to do with it so what should i do about the eye should i just leave it in the tank with the others it is the largest out of the 4 and the Lithobates in there are extremly peiceful so yeah any suggestions

With any injury, providing the fish with clean water, good food, and no harrassing tankmates is usually the best you can do. antibiotics may be needed if the wound becomes infected, and there are a variety of herbal remedies that you can use, but time and good environment are the big factors.
If you haven't already, I would remove whatever the fish poked itself on. However, from the picture, that looks more like popeye to me, than an injury. Popeye is usually the result of poor water quality.
