View Full Version : Puting Litho Fry with rams??

Hey i was wondering if anyone has ever tryed putten 1 - 2cm fry in with anysort of smaller cichlid i was thinken of puten my litho fry in with my 4 rams the litho fry would only be about .5of cm smaller than the rams the only reason i want to do this is cause the fry wil out grow there tank soon and my ram tank is much larger and yeah just wonderen if anyone was any tips for me on how to introduce them or if they have ever tryed something like this

rams are delicate and peacful realative to alot of the chiclids. Depending on the temperment of your babies parents I might worry about the well being of your rams. Not to mention that adding that much to the tank might destabilize things in the ram tank which is not the best scenario for them

Nah i don't think the rams world care it is a 25gal tank and there is only 5 rams in there (i added one 2day) plus a few really small bristelnoses. also i only have 2 Lothobate fry because there mummy happened to eat the other 8 be4 i could get them in sperate tank so yeah i am thinking i might try do it in a week or 2
