Aqua Clear top size

I bought a used Aqua Clear HOB a few weeks ago, but it did not have a top on it and I'm not sure which model it is. I need to order a replacement top/lid for it. The dimensions of the top of the filter are 8 inches wide by about 4 inches deep (excluding the spout that pours water back into the tank).

Any help on which model this is would be appreciated! I thought it was a 110 but the lids I've seen on line look too big to fit this filter.

Any particular reason you want the top? I run all of mine without the lids, they sometimes rattle a bit:)

Well, I'll probably be putting it on a tank for another person since I do installs and maintenance, etc.
