Hello everyone. I'm new to these forums. I liked all the activity going on around here so I thought I would check things out!
I started keeping fish last May. I bought a baby Oscar to put in my new 24" 6.6g "Bookshelf" Aquarium. Special thanks to my salesperson for all the info! (sarcasm.. lol) So my fish started growing way fast and I soon discovered that it was up to me to learn everything I could in order to make things right!
So this new hobby has consumed me fully since. I've learned a ton and I am enjoying the process of learning still. I have been fascinated with Cichlids from the start, specifically South and Central American, and I am getting ready to build a 125 gallon tank to house my Oscar and Jacks.
Just wanted to let everyone know my background and direction for when I start asking questions. :grinyes: Hopefully you all can help!
