10g AQ light..looking for the most powerful

so i am setting up a 10g dwarf puffer tank..

with live plants.. can anyone supply me with the link/website or name of the most powerful/best light source for a 10g AQ.. thanks.

your best bet is to get the screw in bulb type hood and install some cfl bulbs.

Yes, or if you're going the cheap route you could get a normal desk lamp and use any full-spectrum CFL, you can get a lamp in any watts you wanted, lol

I agree with Mgamer here. I have one of those cheapy black hoods that I got from wal mart, I painted the inside white and have a 20w bulbs that I bought in the lighting section. Total price something like 20 bucks and my plants grow like mad. Thing is with this much light I also add DIY co2 and fertilizers to keep the algae at bay.

If you REALLY want to have some cool stuff is there, thry a T5H, might be a bit pricey though he heh
