I have a 10 gallon planted tank here at college. My break starts on Friday and I won't return for 10 days. It is not possible to take it, or the fish with me. I do not want my fish or my plants to die however, so I have a few questions.
1. What can I do about getting my plants light?
2. I am running DIY CO2, should I leave that running 24/7 and have an airstone on at night?
3. My LFS sells 7 day fish feeders, which won't last long enough and I am not sure my fish will get enough food. I have five zebra danios and 3 otos. Should I buy two or what can I do about the food situation.

Thank you

2 vacation feeders won't mean 14 days of feeding. it'll be 7 days of a lot of food.

I wonder if it would be too risky to turn the tank's temperature down so that the fish's metabolism slows so that they eat less.

Get a timer for your lights, I bought one and can't see myself without one anymore.

I don't think the co2 levels will rise much at night, I leave my CO2 running 24/7 and have had no problems.

The otos can eat the algae that naturally forms in the tank for the time being. The zebra danios are tough cookies, they can easily survive 10 days without food as long as they are healthy.

Thank you

Comments in bold. Make sure you also hide the fish food can so friends who may come over don't try to "help" you feed your fish.
