Anyone ever see one o these? The blue things surrounded by off white skin/skeleton. sorry about the blurry picture. the blue parts open and close sometimes.

We definitely need a closer picture. If I were to take a wild stab at it, I'd say that it is a colonial tunicate, judging from the fissure like valleys in it.
 
ok i dont think thats it im gonna go through the guide and see if i can find it thanks for the attempt ill try to get a better pic
 
this is off your question,but i was wondering if you could tell me what kind of plant that is in the pic? sorry for asking but i have that growing in my tank right now at a fast rate,sorry to ask in your post.
