We were at Rose Tree Park. We just happened to pass the resevoir on the way (unfortunately didn't see any ospreys or eagles fishing, we saw 3 bald eagles later though). Here's their hawk watch webpage: http://www.rtphawkwatch.org/

That's what we think the orange one is! (Chow/golden). He's not mean though, just psychotic. lol
