anemone question

this is might be a stupid question but i will ask it anyway,is this light ok for an anemone or is it too much?its the 542 watt one,http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?c=3578+3733+14704&pcatid=14704,thanks for any input anyone might have for me.

assuming its the 75 in your profile no it should be fine. just may need to acclimate your anemone to your lighting depending on what the previous owner had it under also you will need to acclimate your tank to the new lighting as well

I dont see any problems at all with it being 175 watt MH's

yea its the 75gallon,sorry i forgot to put that,yea i just got the light,i do not plan on getting the anemone yet as my tank is not mature yet just 3months old,just making sure for later.thanks for the reply
