I have never keep any types before so i need some suggestions. I am going to keep them in a 30L. I also want to know what fish will get along with them. All suggestions are welcome. as well as info.

Could try dwarf chain loaches, Botia striata, angelicus loaches or kuhli loaches whichever you like. Just avoid clowns and yoyos. Both are larger than anything else mentioned earlier and require plenty of space. All loaches mentioned can get along with rasboras, danios and barbs.

are they hard to keep?? And can they get along with neons?
No, they aren't difficult to keep at all. They can eat like pigs if they want and will get along with anyone minus those with long fins. Don't even think snails will get along with them. A lot of loaches love to eat snails as invertebrates are part of their diet.;)

I've never keep them so i dont know anything about them. Is it ok for them to eat snails? Will they get along with african dwarf frogs, corys? I am trying to make a community tank.

It's okay to feed them snails however it is not okay to mix them with snails you intend to keep as pets rather than as food. Apple snails are likely harassed to death and their softer bodies eaten by the loaches. Only the kuhli loaches will work with apple snails but I do believe kuhlis may try to eat any newly hatched apple snails so this is just something to watch out for. I relocated my kuhlis as I have an intention to breed my brigs and let their babies stay in the same tank.

As for the ADF, I wouldn't mix them with feisty species. ADFs can barely outcompete them for foods and these ones sometimes look blindly for food around. Kuhli loaches will work best with them though.

Can't go wrong with Kuhli loaches, they don't attack any of your tank mates, and they are pretty easy to feed, mostly shrimp pellets and bloodworms. IME, they don't even eat any kinds of snails.
