can i put any of those eels in my cichlid tank?
or even my other tank wit guppies mollies etc. etc.

I have a Mastacembelus pancalus and he's great. He doesn't bother small fish. He actually learned that my hand in or around the tank means food so he follows it around the tank anytime I'm doing anyting. He comes to the surface to eat small earth worms out of my hand or a pair of tweazers. I highly recommend them but be very careful about the top of the tank. I just lost a peacock eel out of another tank that found his way out through an extremely small hole i forgot to seal back up. Good luck!!!

P.S. - I had mine in a tank with cichlids for a little bit and he was fine, but I think it depends on the individual fish.

Generally speaking, cichlids will ignore eels. The drawback with keeping them together is feeding the eel/s, since they aren't likely to compete successfully with other fish.
