Battery pump that kicks in when power goes off automatically?.

I found a battery pump that says it turns on automatically if plugged in when power goes off. If so , that would be great for us long distance/boarding style fishkeepers.
Thing is when the power goes out, it's usually too dangerious to drive to the fish, because there te ds to be a weather problem that made the power go out in the first place.

A generator is way too much for my situation. Maybe for pro people with fish rooms and deeper pockets it'd be just the thing. Also not sure I'd consider them for long distance, I'd rather be home for running those things.

I'm going to keep checking ebay for these emergency pumps, just wanted to see if anyone else had experience with them. I'm guessing we'll only get one good power outtage, but that could be enough to kill my catfish since all I can do is pray if the roads are too slippery for me to drive there.

That pump with the outlet plugs on it I haven't found in my searches yet, I'm guessing it'd be much more fancy and expensive. I'm only looking for something that fits into this months' salary or it'll take so long to save up for I won't need it anymore.

Just curious to know how many tanks/lights/equipment were you running off the battery pack for 14 hours?
