I love to play games and I own the PS3 and an Xbox360. The ps3 is my primary system i love the resistance games and the final fantasys.But i also bought the 360 so i could play left 4 dead. so does anyone else play? and what do you play?

I have owned all 3 next gen consoles at one point. Well actually I have owned 3 Wii's and 3 PS3s but I always end up selling them. All I play is Xbox 360 on xbox live. I also play some World of Warcraft.

yea I love my ps3 the games are getting great on the system. But I have wanted an xbox to play halo and gears but when I saw that left 4 dead was only on xbox I had to buy it I wasnt letting it go by. Its one of the most exciting looking games to come out this season.

Civilization Series, Tropico, Age of Empires, Populus, Black and White, any "tycoon" game, any in the "Sims" series (The Sims, Sim City, etc....)...anything where I get to pretend I'm the all-powerful deity.:evil_lol:

Yea FF is great I love playing them. Which was your favorite? I enjoyed 7 but I LOVED tactics.

I've got a wii and a 360. I will play anything at least once. My fave genres are fps, rpg/mmorpg, and rts. Right now i'm splitting my time between Fallout 3 and Fable 2. Both great games btw. Trying to get back into guild wars on my pc too. And my DS seems to have permanently attached itself to my hip.

It's a pretty awesome game. I was looking for something different to play over thanksgiving break. And I found that and I haven't played it for years. So, I reinstalled and then proceeded to complete four scenarios in a row, lol. I couldn't stop.

I really want to play my Tropico games, but I can't find them. I think its my fav. Sim of all time. I like humor. But RCT will do for now.

I can't speak for everyone, but i know for me i'm not loaded. I just found this awesome little thing....its called....a credit card. :headbang2:lol. I made my g/f hide them from me though. I was starting to buy too much. Sigh... How is the new harvest moon anyway? I haven't had a chance to check it out. Is it pretty much the same as all the other harvest moons? On my ds i'm switching between dragon quest IV and civilization revolution. I have way too many games to play and not enough time. lol.

The new harvest moon is so-so. Of course its similar to all the others in the basics (grow crops, care for animals, find a mate), but it has a lot of new elements that make the game very challenging. There's no "town" to start with, you have to build all the roads, all the buildings, all the bridges. No mine to start out with either...so money is extremely tight and reliant on crops in the beginning. Also, if you don't keep up your friendships with daily chit-chat and presents, your friendship points decrease.

There's some really awful things, too. The gameplay revolves around the stilus, so your hand gets tired very quickly. I rubberband the stilus to my finger just to make it easier. Also, there's no means of increasing your stamina/fatigue points. You have to mod your tools (i.e. spend insane amounts of cash) so they use less points. Everything is insanely expensive...Cows, chickens, buildings, tools are the priciest of any HM game thus far.

Lol i've listed a LOT of negatives. I like the game for it's challenges, however, a far amount of die-hard harvest moon lovers hate it. It's not the best harvest moon ever....

I have owned and played many games through the years but I mostly play Halo 3 in Xbox 360.

I'm too poor and busy with school to keep up to date with games anymore. I used to play Diablo 2, Starcraft, Everquest, Harvest Moon, Ikaruga, Gunbound, Ragnarok, and more I can't think of. I'm sort of surprised to even hear people still play D2, I quit during the 1.08 patch when everything sorta went poopy. I'm sorta waiting for D3 and SC2 but I'm debating to touch the game or not cause I have a very bad habit of playing 15-18 hours a day when I'm very addicted to a game (ex. Some of the games I listed above.).

I've been playing games for years now. Recently I've been playing Halo 3, Call of Duty 4, Gears of War, Army of Two (really good if you haven't checked it out) and Diablo 2. Once upon a time when I had more free time, I loved to play RPG's. Favorite ones of all time had to be FF7 and Breath of Fire 3 and 4.

Unfortunately my 360 recently got the red ring of death, so I haven't been playing that much.

I'm also not loaded. I am a poor grad. student. The Wii was actually my first console purchase, and I have a min. amount of games for it. I essentially spent my tax refund on my Wii. It was a huge decision. When the bill rang up I seriously couldn't believe I had spent that much on entertainment....wow. I'll be putting some Wii games on my Christmas list.

But, I agree that "sacrifices must be made". I haven't purchased new jeans, t-shirts or sweatshirts in like 4 or more years. We are very good about our grocery budget. We never go out...we don't party, drink, etc.... I haven't been to the movies since LAST summer (not this past one, the one before). We get together with friends to play the Wii, Munchkin (a card game), and Dungeons and Dragons (which is pretty cheap to play...dice, paper, pencils). So, all the "extra" money can go to games and fish tanks :p.

I love RPG's as well. My first Final Fantasy was ten =) it was great, then I played FF7, then FF8, they were great. Annd.. I don't know about you folks, but I really love the 2-D fighting action games. One of my personal favorites, King of Fighters, and then going back to the old days with Street Fighter, and the new Guilty Gear;then you have original nintendo 64 super smash brothers, and then gamecube, melee. Gotta love the fighting action.

My husband belongs to gamefly.com which saves a ton of money over buying games. It's basically like blockbuster only with games. You play a game until you are sick of it, send it back and they send the next one on your list. You can also keep the game and pay for it. We've done that with Lego Batman and Lego Spiderman for the kids.

Im also playing Roller Coaster Tycoon again. Its an addicting game. Great fun. But they ruined it with RCT3. When you can ride the rides. Thats stupid.

Right now I play Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory, Spore, and Age of Empires III (all on PC). Up until a few months ago I was a hardcore, end-game raider in World of Warcraft, first as a Mage and then as a Shadow Priest. I also have a PS2 that I virtually never play. I just got Spore for Christmas so I haven't had much time to play that yet. I'm seriously considering buying Enemy Territory: Quake Wars soon.

:lol::lol::lol: dangit, i miss when games were that cool! i used to love crystal castles and burger time. i still play contra on nes, and some old sega games too. i have ps2 and 3. i love Onimisha and god of war, heavenly sword, quake wars, metal gear, pretty much anything where i get to kick the dog stuff out everything! i still like all the old quake games too. and puzzle games are always good too, majong, tetris, good ole Dr. mario and tetris, and any and all poker, eucher, spades, hearts, you name it cards are great games to play on those ever increasing drinking nites, :evil_lol:.

I don't have a 360, but I am a PC gamer. My xfire username is Hajimesaitoh. If you play WoW and happen to be on the Aegwynn server, my 72 NE hunter is also Hajimesaitoh. (I've got toons on a few other servers too) I play CoD4, WoW, Left4Dead, Company of Heroes, GRID, Dawn of War, and Guild Wars. (as far as multi-player games go anyway)
