Who else has been let down by ebay??
My account has been blocked to due an 'association' with a banned account. This banned account (which was my bf's) has not been in use for over 12 months! Chris cannot delete the account because he can't gain access to it. I cant gain access to my account simply because the banned account exists. Ebay do not delete accounts!
After numerous emails and appeals it's now clear that my account is lost simply because ebay do not delete accounts. I'm also really annoyed with my bf for using my account in the first place. How he didn't notice I'd not logged out is beyond me! He bought some stuff then realised he was on my account. He cancelled the items and then logged into his account (he's got about 3) then bought the items again.
I've been an ebay user for a few years now and have never broken the rules and payed fees on time! I feel totally let down by it!
I can only have one paypal account too because I've only got the one debit card. (Unlike my bf who has numerous cards. so therefore he can have mulitple paypal and ebay accounts)
If I cancel my existing paypal account and then set up a new one using a different email address than previously.. could I make a new ebay account do you think?
