Will my Panda Cory's Barbs grow back?

I have two Panda's and one has very small barbs about half the size of his buddy's. There a bit uneven as well. I'm pretty sure the damage occurred before I got him as he was like this when he joined my tank. Oddly enough he's about half as active. Probably just a coincidence?

So I'm wondering if his barbs will ever fill back in?

Clean water will help.

Do you mean the clean water will help them regrow the barbs? I'm doing a 20% about every 3 days.

Yes. It's the best way to prevent infections as well. They should be able to regrow on their own.
