I live next to a park
Here is a video I captured of some of the things that go on during the day

When I first seen the kid, the parents where at the swing holding him upside down as the kid was screaming help me! I looked up and saw this and was like omg.. HA! dumb as.. Then after about 10 Min's I saw a fire truck roll by and stop in front of my house, they had to call the fire dept to get him out of the swing.. So I ran in the house laughing to get my camera to take pictures and video. The firemen tried pulling him out, turning him upside down and pulling him, they cut his pants off and poured soap all over his legs and tried to slip him out and no luck with any of that. Then they got the bolt cutters and cut the chain to the swing and sat him on the ground and pulled him out of it... Aug/5/2007
