Please ID my plants. I've got 1. a sword like rosette plant. 2. Anubia like plant and 3. a stem plant i think bacopa. Sorry about picture quality. I took them with my phone camera.

First is an Amazon sword, possibly E. bleheri. Second I can't identify, but there is no such plant as an "Anubia" - there is however an "Anubias" (last syllable rhymes with "pass"). Third is Bacopa monnieri

2nd looks like melon sword-Echinodorus osiris

1st is amazon sword
2nd is melon sword
3rd is Bacopa caroliniana

I've pathy brown spot in melon sword leaves as u can see it in second photo and my bacopa has leaves rot on the lower portion and tip of young shoots from anacharis and cabomba rot and fell off . I want to know what wrong with my tank. Wisteria and amazon sword are the only one that seems unaffected.
