What is the solution for standing water?

if i add shrimp, would that create some what a movement?

A small sponge filter can create some water movement but minimal.

You should actually try and grow it emersed. That way it can get co2 from the atmosphere, just make sure to have decent humidity inside the container. Can cover it with saran wrap and poke a few tiny holes on top.

Technically your current setup can work just as fine, all you will have to do is change the water weekly (if not more). Also would be better for the glosso to receive CO2 (can get excel)

how can i achieve that (the CO2 part). the tank is too small for a CO2 diffuser

will glosso grow tall with out CO2?
