20g tank 2 balas, 6 black skirts, a pleco, and a tetra of some sort.

The Balas will out grow the 20 gal.If you have a common pleco he will also.Besides that you tank look lovely.

my bala is about 10 inches long and i have him in a 10 gallon. he likes it!

And I have a 25 inch pacu in my 25 gallon. He's real happy because the rule is one inch of fish per gallon. That's what the guy at Walmart told me. And I don't care what anybody thinks so SHUT UP!!!!!! :mad: :mad: :mad:

He likes barely being able to turn around? He also likes only having a tank that is twice as long as he is? That fish needs at least a 55 gallon to get a little swimming room. Prepare for your fish to live a short life.

That rule is flawed anyway. It should be unit mass per unit volume. Ten 1" oscars have far less mass than a 10" oscar. Consider what the products of the biological processes of the fish and the decay of their wastes: the big oscar probably has a mass 1,000 times greater.
