Can I use Quick Cure (for ich) and Baktopur Direct (broad spectrum antibiotic for dropsy and other bacterial infections) at the same time?

Dropsy is a bacterial infection if you think thats what it is try Maracyn-Plus by Mardel.it should be compatable to your ick meds.If you have loaches or corys i`d use Copper-safe for the ick.The 2 should help alot......Hope it isn`t dropy:(

For ich, there are several brands for weak, small, or scaless fish (Jungle ich guard II is one i believe). I had good success using meds that were acriflavine green or methylene blue based on my loaches and cories. Most of the Jungle brands can be mixed together...but check the labels before mixing anything. You want to avoid any stupid mistakes that you'd regret later if only you had read the label;)
heres a link that maybe be helpful now or in the future:

Also, what exactly is wrong with the fish? ie symptoms

edit:
Ok, now I have a few minutes:)
Firstly, all medications are potentially bad for fish, especially loaches and cories because they are "scaleless." Copper is generally really good at curing ich, but is considered not the best option because you can never FULLY get rid of copper residue in your tank.
Methylene blue is highly effective and has worked well for me...I used half-dose however, due to the pictus and yoyo I have.
Acriflavine green, according my friend who specializes in catfish, is your best bet. He's said he saved a whole tank of doomed clown loaches with the stuff.
Loaches/cories are sensitive to all meds...any should be used in moderation, with precaution, and at less than full dose unless it indicates that it is for scaleless, small, or weak fish.
Sorry, when I wrote my other post, I confused what I wanted to say, I was so tired..and was basically all discombobulated. I did have two links in my favorites that said not to use copper because of a high sensitivity, it was a study done by a state wildlife organization that linked copper to high mortality in loaches. Now, however, since my computer stinkaroos, those links are gone. Also, there was some significance in the matter of Coppersafe's ingredient being "chelated" copper...can't remember what atm.

The Skeptical Aquarist discusses the factors that make copper toxic: http://www.skepticalaquarist.com/docs/health/copsul.shtml
"Dropsy' is a syndrome in which liver dysfunction results in fluid retention. It's often terminal. Sometimes bacterial infections come in at late stages such as 'dropsy.'
Having to deal with more than one disease at a time is often a sign of general management issues that need adjusting.
