Hi I've had some advice in an earlier thread, But I would like some advice from people who have actually unstuck anemones from rocks without harming them. Their are two, both fairly small(about the size of a thumb) and they have a wide base that sticks them to the rock.
They are also very hardy for anemones if that matters?

Any help would be great, because I'm returning all the wee sea critters to where I found them, and I'd feel a lot better knowing they all survived.

Use a frozen pack of something like mysis shrimp. Just make sure it is really thin. They work great. Once you touch the foot with the really cold thin pad you can gently slip it under as it releases.

Just direct flow at it....it will become happy and start to walk...then you can move it...simple.. :)

Curious...returning them to where you found them...as back into the ocean?
