I recently "acqired" a couple of Ramshorn snails, and from what I read, I expect that they will multiply. Right now I have them in my peaceful 10 gallon with some tetras, RCS, an Oto and a Cory.

I have a 29 gallon tank with 2 Golden Panchax Killifish. They have been known to eat Tetras. If I put snails in the tank with them do you think that they would eat the snails?

Thanks.

Probably not adults, but possibly babies or eggs...not sure.

Thanks for the feedback. I may try a snail or two in the 29 gallon. Yes... I understand that a snail or two may lead to a snail or a hundred if I am not careful.

I dunno, my ramshorn population has never done well in my 29g, but then again I've very sparingly.
