Snail Eggs?

Hi guys, I have two mature snails one golden mystery and one black myster I think. This morning I noticed a bunch of eggs on the top of the tank out of the water. The snails havent left the top of the tank. Do they look like snail eggs??

Alright thanks Guys. Any tips on keelping them from getting eaten when they hatch?

Are they touching the water? If they are you might want to drop the water level a little bit.

No there completely out of the water.
