I have a 6 gal mini tank setup with;
4 flounders
2 zebra hermit crabs
1 Dwarf Blue Leg Hermit Crab
4 Nerites (2 different kinds)
1 Orange Turbo Snail
1 Cerith Snail
(5 months running)
About three weeks ago I saw a piece of Live Rock (3"L x 1"W x 2"H) with some Red Gracilaria and Red Grape Algae and some coral polyps. So I bought it and I put it in my brackish tank (1.015 which took me about a day to get from 1.020).
Last week I noticed something new. There was a muscle (1cm) or clam of some kind inbedded in the live rock and next to it was a sponge (1cm) (looks to be a tube sponge. Then I noticed a worm (.5cm) of some kind, then I saw a BristleWorms (3cm) crawl out of a hole in the Live Rock. I then move it one day because one of the snails knocked it over trying to get under it, and I saw Amphipods swim around the bottom. I have since increased the SG to 1.019. to be on the safe side.
Just yesterday I saw a small Fan worm (.5cm fan) near the bottom of the Live Rock.
