spiny blue lobster and puffers/triggers

Probably not if they are the same size, and the spiny lobsters can be quite beastly. It would be a risk though, as an aggressive puffer or trigger doesn't always let size be a factor... I would also make sure to feed the lobster well, as he will grab any fish if he can,e specially one that big.
ALso watch out for them, as they can dig a lot and knock everything over, especially one that massive...

i had a spiny with a huma trigger it's do'able i did it for like 8 months, but have lots of live rock or rock in your tank. it's pretty sweet when they get spooked the jet backwards

oh yeah that lobster ate every hermit, snail, and starfish....real big appetite
