I would love to keep a few in my 10g planted tank, and I think they eat algae, right? I have plenty that they could eat, and even if they didnt eat algae, they look awsome.

would they be okay in a planted 10g with a few female bettas and an otto that seems to have an inability to eat algae (yes, it is definetly an otto)?

would one be okay in a crypt forest 6g with a male betta?

^^^Great info Lup!

IMO they don't fit either setup.

a 10 gallon would be okay for awhile, but make sure you fall-o(however you spell it) the propper care instructions, they are certainly fun fish to watch.

Setting up the right amount of current and O2 levels would be tough in a 10. Also the bettas would most likely not apprciate that current or the cooler temps.

A 10 gallon is too small IMO.
