Will my Fissidens Fontanus grow well if I cover it in a mesh like this?

Or does this moss have to be attached a different way?

:help:

The blue mesh should be fine by itself. What's all that white stuff in with it though, or is that just a trick of the picture?

I think its a pic of his riccia, but I have no idea what the white stuff on the bottom is..

That will work Jag. Spread it really thin before covering it with the mesh.

I spread it on the rock so I almost can't see rock underneath, I might have done it a little too thick?
This moss doesn't branch off like other mosses, so I have strands of moss that are covered about 7 times on one piece because of the netting pattern.
Doesn't this moss grow long instead of branching off, so only the end of it will poke out threw the netting?

I just want to make sure 100% I have all the moss survive and no bare or dead spots.

Plans changed :evil_lol:

I removed the netting.
Got me some Vanish Fluorocarbon fishing line, it's pretty much invisible under water, looks pretty good.
I think the netting is just too much coverage as it's basically like wrapping with fishing line 200 times around th rock.

I removed the Riccia I had also since it seems the netting was suffocating it.
