Hi guys, I am new to this and need some advise, I have an 107 gallon tank which I have had for a number of years, about a year ago I bought four green severums which I love but one of them has a growth like tumor on his under belly, if I did not know any better I would say it looks like a cluster of eggs which are stuck but as I know they lay there eggs on rocks I can only come to a tumor conclusion and am not sure what to do about it or if there is any kind of cure for it. Can anyone help me?? thanks caz0110a

This thread would probably be better off in the freshwater newbie forum or general freshwater but I'll help where I can. If it's an actual tumor or evisceration where an internal organ has broken through the skin there probably isn't much you can do. There are a few veterinarians out there that will operate on fish, but they're few and far between and definitely not cheap. Does the fish seem otherwise healthy? Normal behavior? Normal eating habits compared to the other three? Able to swim without difficulty?
