My tank is 14+ months old and have clown, tang, butterfly, watchman fish and a cleaner shrimp. It is 55G tank.

My nitrate level consistenly remains at 20. All others including amonia remains at 0. I tested the water that I use and it also shows 0 for nitrate. I have 2 stage water treatment system installed thus don't use RO/DI water from shops.

Is it ok to leave nitrate at 20?. If not, how do I reduce that?.

A 10-20% every other week might help a bit with it. If you have bio balls and never wash them it might be good to wash just a few of them in the water you are changing as well. If all else fails, I would give everything a cleaning; pumps, pips, any sponges you might have.
