I had wondered what was going to happen once they all matured (they've been in there since they were all about 1") and figured the Zebra's would have to be exported, but so far everyone gets along wonderfully.

Very nice morleyz. That Aulonocara is beautiful. Your frontosa has a goofy stripe, but that just adds personality :p

I love your tank it looks awesome. Do you have live plants in there by any chance? I'm getting a 55 gallon set up with africans and was trying to decide if I should go plants or not. It seems expensive to set it up just to have my fish eat it all.

No...all the plants are silk. I haven't tried any live plants yet.

Very Nice!!

Special Request...

Can you get the whole aquarium in the picture?? Thanks! I'd really like to see that! The angled pic was nice, but try and post a straight on pic if/when you can.. :)

This is about the best I can do without performing acrobatics:

Hey I gotta a question for ya. Are all of your rocks that are piled up, are they glued together or anything? I'm setting up my 55 gallon planted cichlid tank and I wanted to make a rock pile like that and I don't know if I should glue them together so they don't fall on any fishies.

If you make them sturdy, then you won't have to worry about gluing them.

No...they're not glued together. Make sure if you're stacking rocks to make your pile BEFORE you add gravel...that way you have a firm base to build on. I just found rocks with nice flat surfaces so they stay in place really well.

Exactly, this way cichlids will have a harder time trying to knock them over as well.

Very nice, infact I'm going to say awesome. I like your Fronny...specially with the blue tinge.

How many other tanks do you have?

I had 4 until Sunday...now I'm down to 3 running...I'm waiting for some spare cash to take a step into the darkside and do a SW setup.

Yeah I was going to start a small SW setup, seems things were against me, maybe in the future. G'luck with it all though
