So excited!
Backing up a little bit first....I stopped by my lfs a couple of days ago to see how my tank I was having made was coming only to find out that it wasn't coming at all. Not sure, miscommunication or something. I always have a hard time getting these guys to get something in that I am asking for. Getting a little frustrated with them.
Checked Craigslist again (I never find anything even remotely interesting or priced well enough to email the person. Except for yesterday!
I'm picking up a barely used 28 gallon bowfront, glass top, strip light, bunch of other stuff that I probably won't use but I'll keep the filter for a back-up. All for $65. :woot: They're moving and can't take it with em.
Already have the filter and heater from a great deal I found from an AC classified. I've had an extra piece of filter media stuffed in my 55 gallon's filter just waiting for this!
The bonus is that the lfs I've been wanting to visit for ages (about an hour away)is within a couple of miles of the tank. Roadtrip!
