i have had 3 lemon tetras and 3 black tetras for about 3-4 days i was wundering when my first water change should be...?

FYI, you should probably post this in the Freshwater General Discussion Forum. Much more views there.
I don't know how anything about a BioCube but if they're anything like a regular fish tank, partial (typically around 50%) water changes should be done weekly.
Do you know if you have cycled your BioCube's filter yet? This should have been done prior to adding the fish.
Read up in the Freshwater Beginner's section. There's a few Stickies (threads at the top of the forum) that are a must read for all new freshwater fish keepers.
