I got this in a bag once with snails or shrimp a few sprigs, and its really taken off ! I thought it was java moss. but Im thinking its christmas moss..... it grows more like a fern then java. and its soooooo pretty.
its not on the log per say, but stays where it is, I think its attached to the plant. can one tie this to a log like java moss ? I need a small drift wood now as I want to attach this to for my new fish tank neing set up.

whats the plant also ?

I'd say christmas moss, by lots of short branches on 1 plane visible on the left wood.

& java fern. Either can be tied to wood, rock etc. I use brown sewing thread.

Both look very nice & healthy

was that from me karla? I do send out xmas moss sometimes in place of java moss.
yes, and I can not tell you how happy I am with it!!! I took it off this log, and just added it to a very nice mopani piece of wood for the tank I just set up. I left some in the other tank and now have some else where. Thank you Rachal!!!!!!

Nice moss, I want some :perv:
