This is our kitty Arthur, my tank maintenance buddy. He is absolutely obsessed with the fish tank. Every time he hears me go down the basement steps he comes running. If I can't find him anywhere in the house I know to look in front of the fish tank and sure enough he's sleeping. He doesn't do anything but watch and as far as I know he hasn't jumped on top.

LOL! my cat tries drinking out the filters return ramp! i have to keep my door closed cause of them! when i had my 5 hex on the floor filled half way with nothing, my cat sat and watched it for 2 hours even though there was nothin it :lol:
 
cats+fishtank=always funny! cockatoos and fishtanks are great too! and my iguana takes a dip in my 150 occasionally, but its usually accidental and pretty funny to see her, ohcrap-well, maybe this aint so bad, reaction. i think humans are not the only animals drawn to fish!!!
 
My two indoor cats love our tanks. I'm constantly chasing the female off of the 5.5 flat-back hex where she loves to get a drink but never bothers the fish. We always catch the male staring at the fish in the 29. Strangely, they show no interest in the 25, which is probably the most active of the three tanks.
