So I decided im going to plan a 10 gallon moss tank. I REALLY want to focus around:
-Christmas moss
-Fissidens splachnobryoides
-Flame Moss
-Pellia
This is going to have a lot of drift wood branches in the back, medium piece in the middle and maybe another branch going from one corner toward the back. My main concern is what kind of lighting would I need for this? I don't need this to grow super fast but I also dont want to kill this stuff. No ferts will be dosed and a CO2 system will be in the tank. I was thinking of a Rena Smartfilter 30 and a power head (150 or less gph) going from the front left corner to the back.
Another question is what kind of substrate should I use?
Flourite or sand?
Even though I don't want to dose ferts should I still do minor doses to help them grow in a bit and then cut off liquid ferts to slow them down?
The habitants are going to be some shrimp maybe a snail and a few guppies.
