just to make sure, getting confuse on ich

ich, ich, ich
my 100 gals tank with maybe around 60 cadinals and 6 - 8 very small guppies in it (3 months old), I found some white spot (ich) on the cadinal, but no all of them have it. I treat them last nite with some ich medince call nox-ich.
thanks for the help overhere and people recommanded a few different type or brand name like quick cue, malachite....
i start reading more about ich and i get very confuse....lol
some site say add salt into the water and raise the temp, add quick cue , take carbon out and continue for 12 - 16 days. some even talk about copper safe.....
I wonder is there any good site out there, can give me a better
idea when are the steps to get all the ich from my tank like step by step.

There are different methods: some use medications, some use salt.
