Finally got around to mixing up a batch of PMDD just now. I took an empty 590ml gatorade bottle. Measured out 1/4 cup of mix poured it in. Measured out 500ml of distilled water and poured it in. Sealed the bottle tight and proceeded to shake the livin daylights out of it.
In the end, I got a very interesting colored liquid and some sediment at the bottom. So I shook the daylights out of it again. Still some sediment remains.
My question is for those of you whom may have or are currently using PMDD...is the seditment normal?
