I got the Black Skirt tetras yesterday and they are great. As long as i don't get any massive die off life with the neons then i will be happy.

I have 4 right now to start out with as well as 2 otos.

I was thinking about what it will come out to in their adualt size and i think i would only be able to get 4 more of the tetras do you think this is accurate?

I am factoring out their adult size even though i know they have not reach it. Probably 1 1/2 inch for the biggest one.

Would i be able to add two amono shrimp in there to eat the hair alage that i have been removing from the micro sword? would they be compatable with the fish i have?

Is it normal for a planted tank to clogg the filter every now and then when the pads get full of algae?

How many of the tetras would be good for a nice school of them in a 29gal?

How many amano shrimp would i need for that tank size?
Would two work?

7 tetras would be good in a 29

I'd get at least 3 more otos. They like lots of company.

neons are more known to die off then black skirts.
