:swear:

It's like 20 freaking pages of personality tests. Gosh I hate job-hunting.

You don't share my pain. None of you share my pain.

But lucky you though, I hope you'll never have to deal with it.

Ah, I know what you're talking about. It wasn't computerized, but I had to take a test like that when I applied at Applebees in college. It was like 50 or 100 multiple choice questions about how I would act in certain situations or whatever. It was a real pain, but when I finished the manager was like "ok, so thats the best anyone's ever done on that for us". I'm like, how do you win a personality test?

I personally share your pain, I have taken the same UNICRU test maybe 10 times over the past few weeks. It takes like 30 minutes and you would think that they could save the results and pass them around to employers that use their services, but I think they use it to weed out people that are not serious about the job and dont spend the 30 minutes to complete the test. I HATE taking it over and over as if the first time wasnt enough...

I think I know which test you're talking about as well. Do you have to rate your answer as strongly agreeing-strongly disagreeing? Are the questions like, "Sometimes I get angry for no reason at all" or "I do not like to work alongside others and prefer to work alone."

they have those on the petco and petsmart applications among others. Unicru also does NOT have mac support. :-(

Ah, victims of the 30-minute personality test have come forth.

If they saved the results, it would save so much time! It's not like my answer to "Are you always on time?" will change between today and tomorrow.

Yep, that's the one.

Hah, they have a terminal for applications at Publix.
It took me an hour and a half the first time I did it.
No stool to sit on either.

I applied there again a few weeks ago and it only took me 30 minutes that time.
