What kind of sand is this?

I really like the look of this sand, does anyone know exactly what kind of sand this is?

I might be wrong but i think that is not sand. It looks like 3M Colorquartz black s grade. Great stuff kind of hard to find in some areas.
 
HAHAHA! I guess timing is everything!! It does have a Black onyx look but us not as powdery--could be the stuff with the powdery stuff gone from cleaning or an area of high water flow. I have this in one of my tanks and have an area of high traffic (from shrimps) where the powdery look is gone. My other guess would be Tahitian beach sand? I think they are both made by Carib Sea.

Ohhhh! Never heard of this. It sure has a nice look to it if that's what it is!!
