Well here is my tank.........the decor is pretty cheesy for now. I hope to replace it with driftwood and real plants whenever I can afford it. I also need to do a lot more research before I jump into planted. Anyways..........sorry if there are repeats. :) (Hope it works)

Nice tank, how long did it take you to cycle your tank?

Move the log piece to the left a little more IMO
I think it would be cool to have a open center :D

Wow, nice start. Yeah i would move the log off center and add a black background. Those redeye tetra will look great against it. What size is your tank?

o man, if you want good driftwood, get a hold of spunjin. we got really excellent pieces that were budget friendly from him.
also, nice tank. you may feel its cheesy now, but you made a good start :)
Very nice ! Well done on the cycle - fourth shot down is a nice little re-arrangement of the decor. A background would be nice - black would really pop out the fish (which look very nice & healthy :D))

Thanks everybody. It took two months to cycle it......... and as for the background I did have one up but it kept bubbling up. So now I think I am just going to get some black paint and do the best I can with what little room there is behind the tank. I dont really like the subtrate I have either so Im thinking of maybe changing that in time too.
20g
1 dwarf gourami
3 red eye tetras
3 guppies + 1 baby
3 corys
1 mollie (will be adding 2 more in time)
For a background what I do is buy artists mounting board card things - really cheap - cut to size/stick a couple together as necessary, prop behind tank. No bubbles and you can change 'em really easy.
