Need light recommendations for my 46g bow tank. The dimensions are 36x16x20. I was thinking about purchasing Tek 36" 4x39 watt T5 HO 4 Lamp Fixture. Would this be sufficient to grow high light plants? Any recommendations and suggestions would be most appreciated!
Also where is the best place online store or local store to buy t5 ho bulbs?

The tek is good if you want to go with some of the best lights out there. and you should be able to grow just about most things with that especially with t5 Ho's in it. there are other fixture but don't have experience with them. just make sure thay have individual reflectors for each bulb.
last time i bought bulbs off line i went with Aquacave (http://www.aquacave.com/Default.aspx), wouldn't say it's the best plase but thay have them. also big als (http://www.bigalsonline.com/) has some but not sure of the selection there.
btw will this tank be CO2 injected into it?

Yes I'll have a pressurized co2 system for this setup!
