Is the wave 2k fish acclimator a waste of money?

Just trying to find out what you guys thought about the wave 2k fish acclimator, even though I need to wait longer to get fish,

A simple length of plastic small bore tubing, a drip restricter....cost about 3 bux is more than adequate for acclimatizing fish...To me, anything else is a waste of money..

No, i never do, just water...

just make sure you have aeration in the tank your siphoning water from if your paranoid.
