I'm so so so sorry for the crappy pics! :)
please let me know what kind of pleco this is, I'm thinking just a common but I want to run it by the experts to be sure.
apparently the tag at the LFS said butter pleco, I did not buy it, I've just rescued it. is there such thing as a butter pleco? geez I wish stores used Latin names! would make things sooooo simple!:perv:

looks a bit like my big boy who i was told was a marble high fin. I think its part of the sail fin family, not 100% on that tho, not done much research other than they get to about 20" never really bothered to research as hes my baby anyways lol. I was going to divert you to my link but i cant get to my threads at the moment so that you could compare pics lol.
 
pterygoplichthys gibbiceps comes to mind.
