New Otos

77901I got these 2 Otos from someone who needed to find a new home for them. They are in a 29 gallon along with 3 pea sized Mystery snail babies, 5 baby White Cloud minnows, and one olive Nerite snail. I have 3 Otos in my 30 gallon that are twice their size so I am assuming these are babies.

I was amazed at how big some of them can get. And if they really stop growing. I have one that is a few years old, he is getting bigger than all the puffers combined

These two are a little over 1/2 inch. The three I have in my 30 gallon are about an 1 1/2 inches in length. I also thought they only got about an inch long.

Otos are probably one of the coolest fish to watch when they get in a group and start eating algae all over the tank in a pack. Good luck with them!
