Purple Baby

I have 3 Mystery snails that made it to pea size - 2 dark purple and 1 pink. I was so happy to be able to get a photo of this snails' shell. He has a light blue stripe near the horn.

I'm hoping that it will stay that color too. The other snail is a plain dark purple with really faint stripes. Those eggs on the anubias are from "Sarge" the Nerite snail.

Yes. I owned both parents who were a light pink stripe/white foot mom, and a dark purple dark foot dad. Unfortunately even though the clutch yielded about 60 live babies, three only made it to this stage. I have my fingers crossed.

Such a cutie, I don't mean to bust your bubble and maybe he will stay that color but more than likely when he gets bigger it will fade. I had some really gorgeous babies, a variant that I had never seen, and when they started to get bigger it all faded and they looked normal. Sighhhhhhh, but they are still awesome little snaileys.
