hello, Im making a 29 gallon viv. for poison dart frogs and live plants, i want to keep riccia moss, broms, and creeping fig. I have an ESU tri-light with 3 40 watt compact flourescent daylight 6500k grow bulbs.( There the energy saving bulbs you get a homedepot) is this enough light to grow the plants i want? Thanks

Maybe even too much light... Hook em up and check out the heat generated by those things and if your mosses fry underneath them.

I know you have seen my water fall CAL i have a ton of light on the riccia only diadvantage to alot of light is you can start to develope mold/ or fungus not sure which it is that i get but it can be a chore to kill off again. also there's something to be said for slow plant growth.

I have a total of about 40 watts of light over my 20 gallon tank, and my plnats grow like there's no tommorrow. You'll be fine with that amount of light.
